With the acquisition of the Payment United GmbH, First Telecom centralizes all its voice activities beneath the same roof.
With acquiring the Hamburg based net mobile subsidiary Payment United GmbH, First Telecom expands its phone bill based payment business, which is a strategically important step for the specialist in service numbers, payment systems and voice applications. “With Payment United GmbH we found a further component to expand our activities in the area of billing via the phone bill. It's definitely the right investment at the right time” says a pleased Björn M. Reiter, Executive Director at First Telecom GmbH.
