Teamwork, trust and Quality Awareness
It is important to us, that our employers acquire a well-rounded knowledge for our operations, goals and values. For this purpose, we are offering three Onboarding Programs:
- Introduction tutorial – provides an overview of our products and services as well as our company value and –goals.
- Annual conference – lasts two to three days and enhances the knowledge of our staff, for example our compliance regulations.
- Training on-the-job – implies a substantial and goal-oriented training “on-the-job”, guided by a mentor.
