Until now, mobile consumers could not be authorised for the payment process if they we located within a wireless network.
The new payment solution from net-m, called Identity-by-Call, guarantees the identification of the mobile user without the access to a mobile operator’s 3G network. The solution identifies the user and verifies the payment transaction for the duration that the user is located within a wireless network, preventing him or her from being excluded from the payment process.
Identity-by-Call generates an automated free call as soon as the payment process is initiated by the customer. Through the call, the user can be identified and proceed with purchasing digital goods.
